We are looking for full time Surf Instructors to join our highly motivated, friendly and experienced team in the beautiful town of St Ives in Cornwall, UK.

St Ives Surf School is a Surfing England Centre of Excellence and highly regarded as one the leading Surf Schools in the UK. Split between two beachfront locations, the business operates daily from March to December as well as private sessions throughout the winter.

The team is made up of a mixture of local and international characters from various walks of life, all of whom share a strong love for the sea and passion for surf coaching. 

Candidates should hold at-least  an ISA level 1 Surf Coach certificate and current Beach Lifeguard qualification. All applicants must be passionate, reliable and have a flexible and adaptive attitude towards work. Additionally skill development and further in-house training will be provided for successful candidates.

Rates of pay vary between £12 - £16 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications.
